The BlueChief Story
We started our social media journey 3 years ago. Our goal, to become a global player in the social media space. We saw an opportunity in how brands were representing themselves online.
Too many are chasing vanity metrics instead of building brand sentiment, they’re constantly talking about themselves but never telling a compelling story through content and campaigns.
BlueChief Social was born out of need, born out of frustration and created to add value through the way we execute social media marketing.
We’ve created a passionate, intelligent and disruptive team of individuals, who love to work together and live to take on big challenges. We’re lucky to have such a great team to represent us and the partners we work with.
We live and breathe social media at BlueChief Social. We believe understanding the psychology behind human behaviour online and across social media is key to generating real relationships and tangible value through execution.
Our industry can be monotonous. We make sure that we are the innovators at the forefront, pioneering. We are the trendsetters. We are BlueChief.
We look at social media differently and like very few can. The campaigns we implement, the strategies we create and the processes we use are pioneering new practices in the social media space.

The BlueChief Bunch
Out internal journalist who loves writing. We have a hidden gem here when we produce content and create narratives for brands. To say that Aisling has a way with words is a severe understatement. Aisling has immense ambition and drive, and holds an innate ability to perceive what a person is really saying. She can definitely describe your company better than you can, and going the extra mile is second nature.
Senior Account Manager
Holly knows Instagram like the back of her hand, and if you want to capitalize on image content, you go to her. A senior account manager creating new processes around future proofing brands and building audiences on social media. Independent, proactive, passionate and precise, Holly will decipher the ideal way to represent brands online. A breath of fresh air to work with. Also, Cats. <3
Chief Design Officer
Simply the best designer we have ever met. Charlene is key to the culture and soul of BlueChief. She has revolutionised our brand and the way we communicate who and what we are both internally and externally. She is known for her quick witted comments, shit hot designs and wicked sense of humour.
The mommy of the group. Laura is the person who makes sure people on the team are on point and executing processes. Laura’s skill set is key to the efficiency of how work flow and projects operate at BlueChief. If you want to make sure something is delivered – you contact Laura. We have our dynamic duo in Laura and Charlene, just don’t cross them.
Chief Marketing Officer
Danny was head hunted for 18 months to make him a key part of our team. Probably the most obsessed in the company about social media, he lives and breathes new tools and strategies. Danny has a gift in managing brands online to generate results. He is an avid all round sports fan. Pro tip – don’t interrupt him if Munster are playing, it may not end well.
Chief Operations Officer
Paul came to BlueChief for two reasons, to master marketing and take Shane’s job. He has already completed one of these, and is currently working on bringing the other to fruition. A bit of a hidden tech geek, Paul is fantastic with people, loves pressure and has real attention to detail. He set up his first business at just 18 years of age. Paul was made COO within a year of working at BlueChief but he will leave his legacy through the brands he works with.
Chief Executive Officer
The high chief of the group, Shane is somewhat of an enigma (The man, the myth, the legend!!). A dedicated and hard-working individual with BlueChief blood in his veins. Few people understand social media like Shane.
Relentless in his approach for giving the very best for partners, Shane has built a reputation for being honest, on point and progressive. Few people match his work ethic.
